SHIPPING

We will pack your order as quickly as possible, the delivery time is usually 3 - 5 working days from the shipping date.

Shipping is FREE.

RETURNS

The customer bears the costs of the return in the amount of 5,90 €.

To return your goods, please contact us for return label.

Pack returns

Pack your goods in the original packaging for safe shipping.

Print out the return label and stick it on

Print out the PDF with the returns label. Stick the return label on the largest side of the package. Make sure that old labels or barcodes are no longer visible.

Submit return

You can return your package to a branch, a parcel shop or a packing station.

EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange one or more items received for another product, this will be treated as a regular withdrawal from the purchase and as an assertion of the right of withdrawal. This means you send the goods you don't want back to us and we will refund you the money. For the new goods that you would like to have instead, you will need to place a new order on our website.

CLAIMS

If you have received incorrect or defective goods, please send an email as soon as possible. Briefly describe the damage/defect and send us a photo of the damage. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss how to proceed in your case so that you receive the correct goods. Click here to get in touch with us. Please also provide us with the following information:

Email address to which the order was registered
Order number
Customers' Name
Item number of the item(s) you want to return
Reason for the complaint
Take photos of your shipment if possible

RIGHT OF REVOCATION

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized posters, as these are made to order according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs. All products must be returned in the same condition as they were at the time of delivery. If, after inspecting the products, it becomes apparent that they have been previously used, we will make a deduction from the refund.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Katharina Gommlich, Frodesgade 137, 6700 Esbjerg, Denmark, email: katharinagommlich@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION

If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
